This 30 page notebook is purely made for journalling, expressing what made you stressed or anxious, writing how you took care of you and how you challenged yourself. This notebook also comes with some of my favourite quotes to inspire you. There are two side of each page; one made for journalling and the other is split up into sections to help with self-care.

Please keep in mind that all of these notebooks are cut out by hand so there may be some imperfections but it's all to do with the character of the product.
